Terms
What you agree to when you use Skroll.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Skroll. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials and any API keys secure.
Your content
You keep all ownership of the content you upload to or create in Skroll. We do not use your content to train machine learning models for use outside your own account, unless you explicitly opt in.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Skroll to:
- Break the law, or upload unlawful material.
- Probe for vulnerabilities, or place unreasonable load on our systems.
- Reverse engineer the service, or resell it.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us.
Billing
Paid plans are charged in advance on the cycle you pick and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Fees are non-refundable and we don’t refund partial periods, except where the law or your consumer rights say otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep Skroll running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free unless a product-specific SLA says so.
Liability
Our total liability is limited in aggregate to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and £100. If you are a consumer, nothing in the terms removes rights you have by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to ben@hamburgerlabs.com.
